Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Increase of the Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Co.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,100,000) shares of the Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company on Sunsday 26/12/2021.
The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army, based upon the Jordan Securities Commission’s decision no. (229/2021) dated 19/12/2021, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
