Dear General Manager,
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Electricity Distribution Company on Wednesday 01/12/2021 through capitalization of the amount of (2,000,000) shares and distributing them as stock dividends to shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (12,000,000) shares.
