Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (28,205,128) shares of Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Sunday 06/01/2019.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the shareholder (Governmental Assets Management Company) according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (252/2018) dated 01/08/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 22/05/2018 and the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/04/2018.
