Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (11,000,000) shares of the National Chlorine Industries Company on Thursday 29/11/2018 which are allocated to the board member “Mr. Mahmoud Khalil Abu Al Rub”. The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares, thereby raising the said company's registered capital to (20,000,000) shares.
