Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Increase of Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Co.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registered the share capital increase of (1,000,000) of Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Company on Sunday 18/10/2020.
The share capital increase is performed through non-public offering and allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (182/2020) dated 04/10/2020 and the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s letter no. (2/1/1734/20) dated 06/10/2020 provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
