Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (29,966,062) shares of the Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company on Monday 24/09/2018. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (39,000,000) shares to (9,033,938) shares.
