Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan Investment & Tourism Transport Company on Monday 06/08/2018 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 18/04/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 22/07/2018. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2017.
