Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,500,000) shares of the Jordan Investment & Tourism Transport Company on Monday 06/08/2018. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (7,500,000) shares to (5,000,000) shares to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2017.
