Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of Shira' Real Estate Development & Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,328,382) shares of the Shira' Real Estate Development & Investment Company on Monday 31/07/2017 to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 13/12/2016. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (11,244,646) shares to (7,916,264) shares.
