Subject: Completion of the transfer of Shares of the Future Arab Investment Company to the company’s shareholders
On Wednesday 24/04/2019 the SDC completed the process of wavier transfer of (4,400,000) shares owned by Mounir and Maher Ahmed Mohammed Al-Quqa in Future Arab Investment Company distributed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made on its extraordinary meeting held on 14/01/2019, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission issued on 26/3/2019.
