Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (8,619,000) shares of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company on Monday 18/02/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (9,869,583) shares to (1,250,583) shares.
