Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (3,000,000) shares of the Arabian Aviation Investment Company on Wednesday 01/03/2017 which are allocated to the “Rum Group For Transportation & Tourism Investment”. The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts (6,000,000) JOD to the amount of issued shares, thereby raising the said company's registered capital to (6,000,000) shares.
