Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,000,000) shares of the Arab Union International Insurance Company on Tuesday 24/01/2017.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no.
