| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Al Faris National Company for Investment & Export Company on Tuesday 13/12/2016 to redeem (10,000,000) JOD of the accumulated losses. The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 14/08/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 30/11/2016. | |||||||||||||
