Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Arab Union International Insurance Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,000,000) shares of the Arab Union International Insurance Company on Sunday 30/10/2016. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (8,000,000) shares to (4,000,000) shares to redeem (4,000,000) JD of the company’s accumulated losses.
