| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Ammoun International for Multilateral Investments Company on Monday 26/09/2016 to redeem the accumulated losses which is (5,850,737) JOD as of 31/12/2015. The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 28/04/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued in 19/09/2016. | |||||||||||||
