Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Ammoun International for Multilateral Investments Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,850,737) shares of the Ammoun International For Multilateral Investments Company on Monday 26/09/2016 to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 31/12/2015. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (12,031,108) shares to (6,180,371) shares.
