| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Al-ekbal Printing & Packaging Company on Tuesday 26/07/2016 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/04/2016 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 29/06/2016 noting that the amount of the share capital decrease is in excess of the company’s needs for the time being pursuant to the provisions of Article (114) of the Companies Law. | |
