Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,783,300) shares of the Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company on Monday 18/07/2016. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (12,000,000) shares to (7,216,700) shares.
