| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,560,174) shares of the Al-bilad Medical Services Company on Sunday 17/07/2016. The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Chairman “Mr. Fahad Bin Mohamed Bin Saleh Al Azel” according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (169/2016). | |
| The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (30,000,000) shares. | |
