| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (7,650,000) shares of the Comprehensive Multiple Transport Company on Thursday 14/07/2016 through allocating these shares to ”The Government of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan” according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (167/2016). | |
| The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (15,000,000) shares. | |
