| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (9,125,000) shares of the Future Arab Investment Company on Sunday 03/07/2016 to redeem the entire balance of losses as of 31/12/2015. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company to (27,375,000) shares. | |
