Subject: Merger of the First Insurance and Yarmouk Insurance Companies

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of merger of the First Insurance Company (merging company) and Yarmouk Insurance Company (merged company) on Wednesday 24/02/2016.

Thereby, the First Insurance Company will take over Yarmouk Insurance Company, which will result in raising its share capital by (4,000,000) shares, consequently, its registered capital at the SDC will become (28,000,000) shares.
