Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (39,879,552) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Thursday February 18, 2016 through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (41/2016) dated 02/02/2016.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (146,405,342) shares.
