Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,392,271) shares of the Holy Land Insurance Company on Thursday January 14, 2016 through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (4/2016) dated 05/01/2016.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (8,000,000) shares.
