Subject : The Share Capital Increase of the National Steel Industry Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (770,487) shares of the National Steel Industry Co. on Tuesday 18^th, 2015. The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares, thereby raising the said company's capital from (2,171,281) shares to a registered capital of (2,941,768) shares.
