Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,070,627) shares of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Co. on Wednesday August 26^th, 2015 through public offering directed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (4,070,627) shares.
