Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company on Tuesday 08/05/2018. The share capital increase is performed through capitalization of the amount of (33,000,000) JD of the company's payable balance and allocating these shares to the shareholder “Mr. Naser Butti Omair Yousef Al-Mheiri” according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (139/2018) dated 03/05/2018.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of the Blue Stone (Jordan) Investments Company on Tuesday 08/05/2018. The share capital increase is performed through capitalization of the amount of (33,000,000) JD of the company's payable balance and allocating these shares to the shareholder “Mr. Naser Butti Omair Yousef Al-Mheiri” according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no.
