Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the United Cable Industries Company on Sunday 24/06/2018 to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders as of 15/07/2018 at the company’s headquarter.
The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/04/2018, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/06/2018.
