Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Alentkaeya for Investment & Real Estate Development Company on Thursday 04/01/2018 to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/10/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 26/12/2017.
