Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Darkom Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) shares of the Darkom Investment Company on Monday 11/12/2017. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (10,000,000) shares to (5,000,000) shares to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.
