Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (18,867,577) shares of the United Integrated For Multiple Industries & Public Investments Company on Monday 04/12/2017. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (20,000,000) shares to (1,132,423) shares to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.
