Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Increase of Al Faris National Company for Investment & Export Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of Al Faris National Company for Investment & Export Company on Tuesday 14/11/2017. The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Company board of director’s decision no. (1) dated 12/07/2017, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC based upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (364/2017) dated 01/10/2017.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of Al Faris National Company for Investment & Export Company on Tuesday 14/11/2017. The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Company board of director’s decision no. (1) dated 12/07/2017, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC based upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (364/2017) dated 01/10/2017.
