Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordanian Expatriates Investment Holding Company on Wednesday 17/07/2019 as it is an excess cash.
The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/04/2019, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 15/07/2019.
