Subject: The Share Capital Increase of the Cairo Amman Bank Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of the Cairo Amman Bank Company on Wednesday 26/06/2019 through capitalization of the amount of (10,000,000) shares and distributing them as stock dividends to shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.

The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (190,000,000) shares.
