Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,000,000) shares of the Rumm Financial Brokerage Company on Monday 08/05/2017 through public offering directed to all shareholders of the company.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (4,000,000) shares.
