Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Model Restaurants Company on Thursday 20/04/2017 to redeem the accumulated losses.

The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 14/07/2016, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 06/04/2017.
