| Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Real Estate & Investment Portfolio Company on Sunday 16/04/2017 where the amount of decrease is excess cash distributed to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital. The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 08/02/2017 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 10/04/2017. |
