Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Holy Land Insurance Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) shares of the Holy Land Insurance Company on Thursday 13/04/2017. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (10,000,000) shares to (5,000,000) shares through redeeming part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2015.
