Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (416,000) shares of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Company on Sunday April 24, 2016 through allocating these shares to the Jordan Investment Trust Company according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (96/2016) dated 12/04/2016.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (4,486,627) shares.
