Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of the Middle East Diversified Investment Company on Wednesday January 13, 2016. The share capital increase is performed through allocating these shares to the shareholder “Mr. Naser Abd Al-Mohsen Mohammad Ali Al-Marri” that approved according to the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (2/2016) dated 05/01/2016.
