Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Capital Bank Of Jordan Co.
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (172/2022) dated 23/06/2022 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (63,037,122) shares of the Capital Bank of Jordan Company by allocating these shares to “First Alsalameh for Investment" Company, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Capital Bank of Jordan Company on 03/08/2023 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
