Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Co.
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (135/2021) dated 02/08/2021 including the approval of covering the unsubscribed shares of the capital of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company (442,228) shares and allocating these shares to the Board member, shareholder “Zara Investment (holding) Company”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company on 28/09/2022 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing the unsubscribed shares of the company’s capital at the JSC.
