Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Co.
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (16/2022) dated 03/02/2022 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (9,636,545) shares of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries company through allocating them to the “Privatization Holding Co. Amman”, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries company on 20/03/2023 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
