Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the National Chlorine Industries Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (364/2018) dated 14/11/2018 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (11,000,000) shares of the National Chlorine Industries Company through the capitalization (11,000,000) JOD from the account “Due to related parties” and allocating these shares to Mr. Mahmoud Khalil Abu Al-Rab, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the National Chlorine Industries Company on 06/12/2019 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
Thereby, the SDC record for the National Chlorine Industries Company indicates the following:
