Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (295/2018) dated 13/09/2018 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (14,972,503) shares of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company through allocating these shares to the Privatization Holding Company - Jordan, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Middle East Complex For Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company on 08/10/2019 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
