Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the National Steel Industry Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (157/2015) dated 04/08/2015 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (770,487) shares of the National Steel Industry Company through converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the National Steel Industry Company on 26/08/2016 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
