Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Arab Assurers Insurance Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (11/2015) dated 27/01/2015 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (90,909) shares of the Arab Assurers Insurance Company through offering these shares for private subscription by allocating these shares to the Sun Way for Vehicles Services Company, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Arab Assurers Insurance Company on 22/02/2016 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
Thereby, the SDC record for the Arab Assurers Insurance Company indicates the following:
