Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the South Electronics Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (13/2016) dated 12/01/2016 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (2,000,000) shares of the South Electronics Company through converting the debts of those mentioned in the JSC’s decision to the amount of issued shares, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the South Electronics Company on 27/01/2017 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
