Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of the Ihdathiat Real Estate Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (96/2016) dated 12/04/2016 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (416,000) shares of the Ihdathiat Real Estate company by allocating them for "Jordan Investment Trust Company", provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of the Ihdathiat Real Estate company on Thursday 04/05/2017 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
